But as our CEO notes, these changes are “a bandage”—a temporary solution as we continue to look for more space and talent to support our expansion.

“Tariffs play a huge advantage for us, being that we are manufactured in the U.S. and fully comply with the Buy American Act,” says DMSI CEO Jeneth D’Alonzo. “I see our company growing three times the size of where it is now, especially as this industry has shifted from a $20 billion one to over $1 trillion.”

Scaling Without Compromise

To keep pace with this demand, DMSI is expanding its production capacity, including a 20,000-square-foot facility in Venice, Florida. This new space will allow us to meet the growing needs of our hyperscale data center, government, and AI customers while maintaining the precision and quality we’re known for.

“Companies that we didn’t do a lot of business with were buying their product from China. It’s too expensive to get from China,” explains Brandon Woodward, VP of Business Development.. “So, we’ve been picking up a lot of business from that exact scenario.”

DMSI’s focus on self-funded, cash-flow-driven growth sets us apart. Unlike many companies that rely heavily on loans, we choose to scale responsibly, investing in people, technology, and facilities without compromising financial stability.

“We have the mantra to grow based on our cash flow; we never want to see ourselves in debt,” adds D’Alonzo. “Outside of loans for our buildings, we believe the best way to grow is by using our money to fund our manpower and technology.”
